Observe without disturbing

Every winter, generally from mid-November to mid-March, female bull sharks—many of them pregnant—approach the coast of Playa del Carmen. They come to enjoy the region’s warmer waters and are generally very calm. This trip is designed to observe them respectfully and discreetly in their natural environment, without interaction or disturbance.

Before entering the water, you receive a complete briefing covering shark behaviour, how the dive will unfold and all safety procedures. Underwater, the group stays close to the guide to make the most of this impressive encounter.
